In this role, she provides clinical oversight for all blood-draw services, establishes and maintains medical protocols and quality standards, supports training and competency guidance for the clinical team, and ensures appropriate follow-up processes are in place for lab orders and results communication. Dr. Levy’s leadership helps ensure every visit is conducted with the highest level of professionalism, safety, and comfort for both children and adults.

Sagie Shanun serves as the Office Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in operations management and a strong background in mental wellness care. He oversees day-to-day scheduling, patient coordination, customer service, and the systems that keep the practice running smoothly, ensuring every interaction feels organised, respectful, and supportive. With a calm, people-first approach, Sagie helps families navigate logistics with ease while fostering an environment that prioritises privacy, trust, and overall well-being.

Pilar Alba is a senior phlebotomist and clinical operations professional with 10+ years of experience across cardiology, podiatry, and multi-specialty settings. She brings strong hands-on expertise in phlebotomy, IV administration, and PRP support, along with a proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Pilar is also highly skilled in patient coordination and office workflow management—supporting scheduling, authorizations, billing processes, and medical records—helping ensure each visit runs smoothly, safely, and professionally.
